Transforming the
basic biomedical knowledge
into economic and social value

At last year’s convention, the Catalan delegation was made up of 42 companies (27 with their own booth) and 17 organizations. This year, the pavilion of the BioRegion —measuring 140 square meters— will feature a new design to increase visibility of companies with their own booth and will be strategically located in the central exposition area just in front of the host State’s pavilion (Massachusetts).

Companies eligible to participate in the Catalan delegation are biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology and sector-support companies. Their common goal is clear: to participate in the top international biotech and pharma showcase in order to foster business development relations with companies, suppliers and investors. And being able to do so as part of a coordinated effort driven by various institutions –ICEX, Genoma España and the different Spanish bioregions– makes it even more attractive in terms of affordability and organization.

New at BIO this year:

BIO Business Forum Partnering participants will have the option to set up meetings at the exhibitors’ booth.
BIO Business Forum Partnering will be located in the central exhibit space. 
Exhibitors will have free access to BIO One-on-One Partnering™ to schedule meetings at their e-booths.
